Counter Strike: Condition Zero (shortened: CS: CZ or CZ) is a new version of Counter Strike with improved graphics , retouched maps , which adds two new models and a single player mode.
Counter-Strike is a tactical shooter game that confronts terrorists versus counter-terrorists in round-based gameplay. Players make money depending on their performances in the previous rounds, and with that money, they are allowed to buy weapons at the beginning of each subsequent round (and those who survive the last round keep their guns). The game's weapons roster is based on real-life weapons, what makes the game rather interesting for shooter fans. In Single-player mode, you assume the role of the commander of a counter-terrorist force, and you have to select your team-mates from a menu of named bots. The bots are different regarding skill, aggressiveness, selection of weapon, and willingness to cooperate with the rest of the group. The ones with greater skill and more-powerful weapons cost more points to hire, but you'll earn points as you make your way through the game's campaign. In sum, Counter Strike Condition Zero keeps the basic gameplay and storyline of previous releases, with relevant improvements to the visual aspects. |
